HOW IT WORKS

1. You can email or fax me a COPY of your documents.

You do not need the APOSTILLE.

Please provide your phone number.

2. We will carefully translate your documents. An independent translator will edit and control my work. This is a very important process that will result in a more professional and correct translation. We will deliver the original translations with my electronic pdf certification and signature to your email address. Hard copies by mail are not necessary. For hard copies by mail there is an extra fee of $ 5 per document.

3. You may print a copy and keep the electronic file for your records in the event you need more copies.

4. CONFIDENTIALITY: We shall not at any time divulge information about a client and/or a translation. Any information found in documents or any other written material given to us, shall be treated with confidentiality and the necessary discretion and they will be deleted at the end of the translation process.

APOSTILLE: No translation needed.

What is an Apostille? Apostilles authenticate the seals and signatures of officials on public documents such as birth certificates, court orders, or any other document issued by a public authority so that they can be recognized in foreign countries that are members of the 1961 Hague Convention Treaty.

PAYMENT POLICY: Prepayment by credit card (3% processing fee) via SQUARE, a very safe payment method.
TURNAROUND TIME: 2-3 days for less than 5 docs
RUSH SERVICE: 25% extra fee

PLEASE NOTE: TO EXPEDITE YOUR REQUEST PLEASE BE SURE TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
